Noble Renovations is looking for a Helper to assist with high-quality home renovations. If you have strong attention to detail, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in craftsmanship, this is a great opportunity to grow with a reputable company.

 

​​​Responsibilities:

• Assist with demolition, painting, drywall, tile cutting, and other work as necessary

• Support lead craftsmen with various renovation tasks

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow instructions carefully to ensure top-quality results

• Use tools and materials safely and efficiently

​

Requirements:

• High attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Experience in painting, drywall, or tile work is a plus but not required

• Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks

• Reliable transportation to job sites in Northeast Ohio

• Willingness to learn and take direction

​

Experienced Renovation Specialist

Noble Renovations is looking for an Experienced Finisher to complete high-quality home renovation projects. If you take pride in precision work, enjoy hands-on craftsmanship, and excel in customer interactions, we’d love to have you on our team!

​

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality finishing work, including painting, drywall touch-ups, and trim installation
• Handle punch list items to ensure projects meet top-tier standards before completion
• Execute finish carpentry tasks such as baseboards, crown molding, and cabinetry adjustments
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for efficiency and safety
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Use tools and materials properly to deliver durable, high-quality results

Requirements:

• Proven experience in finishing work, including painting, drywall repairs, and finish carpentry
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete final touch-ups with precision
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
• Reliable transportation to job sites in Northeast Ohio
• Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding tasks
